Senior Data Manager – Technology

Hi, I'm Emily - the Senior Data Manager here at Oddbox. My life revolves around food, and other than eating (lots) and planning my meals; you'll mostly find me doing yoga or hiking. I've been working here for over 3 and a half years now and what a ride it's been! It's amazing to work in a place where everyone is on a mission to reduce food waste and I love that we're all working together to achieve that.

Data is now a huge part in every company and I'm passionate about making sure everyone in the business has access to the resources and insights they need to make sure that data driven decisions are at the heart of Oddbox. Oddbox is a community-powered weekly rescue mission to save delicious, fresh fruit and veg which is deemed ‘too big’, ‘too ugly’, the ‘wrong colour', or simply ‘too many’ from going to waste. We delivers our boxes directly from the growers to people’s doorsteps across the UK. 

With food waste being a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, Oddbox is building a community that together can play its part in fighting food waste and tackling climate change. We're a proud B Corp and have delivered over eight million boxes since we launched in 2016.
