Head of Engineering – TechnologyHi, I'm Jack, Head of Engineering at Oddbox. My focus is on cultivating a high-performing engineering culture where my team is empowered to build the technology that underpins our entire operation.
From packing automation and driver routing to our core subscription platform, our team creates the systems that define the Oddbox experience. Since joining in 2022, I've seen our engineering team grow substantially, and I'm excited to continue to foster a team that delivers exceptional technology for our customers.

Oddbox is a community-powered weekly rescue mission to save delicious, fresh fruit and veg which is deemed ‘too big’, ‘too ugly’, the ‘wrong colour', or simply ‘too many’ from going to waste. We deliver our boxes directly from the growers to people’s doorsteps across the UK.
With food waste being a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, Oddbox is building a community that together can play its part in fighting food waste and tackling climate change. We're a proud B Corp and have delivered over ten million boxes since we launched in 2016.
