Looking after all things customer lifecycle, the retention team is focused on delivering the best possible experience, helping our customers to get the most out of their Oddbox and understand the positive impact they're having on the fight against food waste.
I'm loving my time at Oddbox surrounded by other ambitious, creative and mission-led minds - there's always lots of interesting new initiatives to dive into too.

With food waste being a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, Oddbox is building a community that together can play its part in fighting food waste and tackling climate change. We're a proud B Corp and have delivered over ten million boxes since we launched in 2016.
