Customer Retention and Lifecycle Manager – Marketing

After years of the 'too wonky'đŸŒ¶ïžÂ and 'too tiny'đŸ„•Â landing on my doorstep, I'm excited to be working as part of the Oddbox team.

Looking after all things customer lifecycle, the retention team is focused on delivering the best possible experience, helping our customers to get the most out of their Oddbox and understand the positive impact they're having on the fight against food waste.

I'm loving my time at Oddbox surrounded by other ambitious, creative and mission-led minds - there's always lots of interesting new initiatives to dive into too.

Oddbox is a community-powered weekly rescue mission to save delicious, fresh fruit and veg which is deemed ‘too big’, ‘too ugly’, the ‘wrong colour', or simply ‘too many’ from going to waste. We delivers our boxes directly from the growers to people’s doorsteps across the UK. 

With food waste being a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, Oddbox is building a community that together can play its part in fighting food waste and tackling climate change. We're a proud B Corp and have delivered over eight million boxes since we launched in 2016.
