As Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability, I make sure that we're delivering accurately packed boxes to customers each week. Sounds easy, right?! Not quite… Once you get into the detail of how we manage a high volume of stock with boxes at varying levels of customisation, things begin to get complicated.

Thankfully, I have a fantastic team who work incredibly hard in getting the complex range of tasks done so the boxes go out to customers with barely a hitch!

During my career working in Operations & Supply Chain positions, I’ve managed chilled food supply chains, ambient drinks supply chains and other FMCG. And now with Oddbox comes the fresh produce experience. And, boy, what an experience!

Speaking of… Ever since being a young boy myself, I’ve had the habit of wasting food drummed out of me, therefore working for Oddbox was a no brainer! It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I’m supporting the fight against global food waste and continuing to keep Mum happy while doing so!

No two days are the same when working at Oddbox and we’re a company in serious transition. Now is the time to join and hold on for the ride!
