Location: London - hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in our office in Vauxhall)

Working Pattern: Full-time – 5 days per week

Starting Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

We're Oddbox. We're a fruit and veg subscription company with big plans to change how people cook and eat, starting with incredible fresh produce. We've been rescuing fruit and veg at risk of going to waste for over 8 years (49M kilograms to date), but we know that there is more we can do to create tasty veg-centred meals.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Assisting with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and bank reconciliation.
🔸 Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
🔸 Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry across all financial platforms.
🔸 Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
🔸 Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial procedures and controls.
🔸 Handling queries and requests related to finance from internal stakeholders promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

✔️ Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
✔️ Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔️ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔️ Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
✔️ Flexible and proactive attitude towards work and enthusiasm for learning.

👤Ideally experience within an accounts payable or finance function, alongside study towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
