Customer Happiness Manager – Customer Happiness TeamHello! Dom here and I'm the Customer Happiness Manager at Oddbox. I head up the fantastic Customer Happiness Team and we're here to make sure our lovely customers get excellent service each and every time they speak with us.
As a self-confessed foodie who loves to cook, Oddbox's mission to be build a more sustainable food chain and champion delightfully odd fruit and veg speaks directly to me. It's good to be odd!
