I joined Oddbox in January of 2021 and have loved it ever since. I joined as I wanted to work somewhere that aligned to my environmental values, and that I could be proud to work for. Oddbox being a B Corp is a huge plus too! Talking to people about where I work is always a huge conversation opener as everyone loves Oddbox and it's values.
I previously worked in a marketing agency, working for some great brands, including Bulb (a fellow B Corp), Harrods, F1, and Missoma. I loved the fast paced environment in the start-ups I worked with, along with the level of responsibility you were given, which is no different to here at Oddbox. Oddbox gives you the opportunity to learn and progress at the same pace that it's growing - fast! If this is something that you're passionate about too, it's definitely worth joining for the ride.
